That's why I love this recipe; the egg just acts as a "binder" to the spinach, leeks, and cheese. That's where the flavor is. Unlike quiche where you have the creamy texture of the eggs in the forefront. I think you and your family would really enjoy this. I use eggs in cooking but do not like the taste or texture : ) go figure hehe like in quiche and even french toast etc. Do you taste the egg in this recipe? I suppose I could simply add more cheese? xoxo* *https://www.blogger.com/profile/03454159586769190813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4236430084801008700.post-37055795702986950372010-07-08T06:11:11.528-07:002010-07-08T06:11:11.528-07:00Dearest Suzanne~I know exactly what you mean about...Dearest Suzanne~I know exactly what you mean about the sun. Kelly was a "sun" girl and could get rather cranky when the grey days came. I will share with you, one day, one of the short stories she wrote me about needing the sun.

I so look forward to your notes and imagine we're sitting in your kitchen (or mine) and just enjoying chatting about the day. One day.
Love you, SusanSusanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14263263554924074661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4236430084801008700.post-55846955978736496212010-07-07T22:27:15.316-07:002010-07-07T22:27:15.316-07:00My dear friend Susan

This is a nice meal for the kiddies Susan. Especially nice for Winter. It has been pretty dismal lately. You would probably laugh as I am sure your Winters are freezing compared to ours. I just need to see the Sun every day.

Susan , peaceful dreams to you.
Love you
Suzannesuzannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16879667220536539227noreply@blogger.com
