My mother was a wonderful baker. Surprisingly, most of her baking she did without the aid of a cookbook. I hope my sharing brings back memories for you...for me, it's in my mother's kitchen, with her standing behind me, and letting me create.

The bars came out easily from the pan. Here's a hint: so the bottom wouldn't get too brown with the second baking, I placed this pan on top of another baking sheet. Works everytime.

The Raspberry bars look lovely and this pan is a great idea to cook them in.
